Why the score is trustworthy
The score shows its work.
Nutly names the additive, the nutrient and the threshold it crossed, then tells you which body set that threshold and in what year. Nothing is averaged into a letter grade you can't take apart.
Risk tiers come from EFSA opinions and the PRO-E additive register. Where the evidence is about the food category rather than the additive itself, the app says which one it is talking about.
When an ingredient can't be classified confidently, Nutly says so instead of guessing.

EFSA and PRO-E entries, translated and matched additive by additive against Ukrainian labels. English and Polish work the same way.
Health profile
A personal read, if you want one
Add allergies and conditions to a health profile and the score gains a second line: whether this product fits you, not an average shopper. Optional, and empty until you fill it in.

Label photos are read and discarded. Nothing is stored.
